Options for adding doc-license to your project:

• Associate the @cats scope using: npm config set @cats:registry https://registry.cates.io
• Install with npm: npm install @cats/doc-license
• Download the latest release
• Clone the repo: git clone git@gitlab.cates.io:yeoman/doc-license.git
