expand-braces

Wrapper for [braces] to enable brace expansion for arrays of patterns.

Install

Install with npm

1$ npm i expand-braces --save

Usage

1var expand = require('expand-braces');

Pass an array or list of strings:

1expand('{foo,bar}', '{baz,quux}');
2// or
3expand(['{foo,bar}', '{baz,quux}']);
4// both yield => [ 'foo', 'bar', 'baz', 'quux' ];

Pass a function as the last argument to customize output:

1expand(['{a..e}', '{f..h}'], function (str) {
2  return '_' + str;
3});
4
5//=> ['_a', '_b', '_c', '_d', '_e', '_f', '_g', '_h']
