A simple and beginner-friendly Node.js command-line application that generates a QR code image from any URL you enter. It also saves the original URL to a .txt file.

1. Install globally

Now run the CLI with:

1qr-from-url

2. Try instantly without installing

💡 How it works

Upon running, you'll be prompted:

1Type in your URL: https://open.spotify.com

Example Output

1- QR code saved as 'qr_img.png'
2- URL saved to 'URL.txt'

📌 Notes

• To prevent output files from being tracked in Git, you can create a .gitignore:

• The terminal prompt and file names are customizable in index.js.
