useMediaDevice parameter;

parameter	type	default	description
autoStart	boolean	true	start media permissions when component is loaded
audio	boolean	true	microphone access
video	boolean	true	webcam access

useMediaDevice also exports media which is MediaStream instance it let's you do anything with it
